On 2 Nov 1709 Richard Caudle the elder, a labourer, and William Chambers, a parentless child, made an Apprenticeship agreement with John Sidman of Box, Wiltshire, glover, and Katherine his wife, to serve for 7 years, for the sum of 50/-

A bad winter - mother and 2 boys dead in 3 weeks, and the third son died 15 months later.

Richard Care 16811110, son of Roger and Grace at Bishop's Cleve, baptised John, Richard 17000711 and Ann 17020329 - 17091211.
He married Ann Preston 17020519 at Bishop's Cleve, and baptised Margaret 17050106, Moses 17070724 (survived) and buried a Child 17101215 and also on 17141012.

Richard Care 17000711 son of Richard, baptised Ann 17270803.

Presbyterian Robert Kerr (also Cove), in the census as Robert Carr, has 8 entries - burials of Archibald 17290224, Elizabeth 17310529, a son 17400417, and Margaret 17411220. He baptised Ann on 17431201, and buried his wife Margaret 17510626.

Is it Robert's son Robert the hair merchant who married Sarah Tomson on 17571116?
Is the daughter Anna buried 17600620 the girl baptised 1743?

Thomas Care does not appear to have been baptised in Tetbury. He was a farrier when he baptised Richard 17651015, and Hannah 17690322.
