I have available here for your immense listening pleasure, a few samples of what I spend my time doing, both academically and for fun.
NEW NEW NEW!!!
I would like to make that "NEW..." thing like flash red or something, but I have no idea how. So here you are, stuck with a crummy bold white thing. Um... oh yeah, new! My new song, I just recorded earlier tonight instead of working on my essay. If you're wondering who it is written about, it's written about you, the person who is reading this right now. In case you're wondering, no I'm not drunk, and yes I'm ok. Hear it.
2 all-new songs by The Beeftinks, Arabic Sunrise and Lounge Lizard, as well as the old classic Wife. Check 'em out now, before you read any bad reviews. Any reviews. Write a review yourself! Leave a hilarious message in my guestbook that will brighten my life on a depressingly quiet day! (For more info about the songs, check out the eponymous Beeftinks page)
Train Police
The theme from the smash hit film Train Police! If you have some sort of walkman, you may want to record this and then listen to it as you walk around your local area in slow motion, wearing sunglasses and a trench coat.
"The Dream Approaches" I wrote this piece while studying under Anne Boyd at the University of Sydney, in the first half of 2003. Read more, or hear a sample.
"Drowning" This piece I wrote while learning to use Cubase, and is my first attempt at purely electronic music. If you like you can read more, or listen to a sample.
"I found a leaf in my homebrew" I wrote this song with my band, Unemployed. It's about the time we found a leaf in a bottle of our homebrew. You can listen to the chipmunk version here, or read more about Unemployed.
Let me know what you think!
