Our team functioned together as a typical corporate unit. Various members picked up the ball at different times and the end result is reflected here in this planbook. All of the items and suggestions have been voted on by the team. Based on our research, we believe one could reasonably assume that these recommendations will point DaimlerChrysler in the right direction.

However, there are two important parts of this project that remain and we have chosen to share those here in the summary.

So in summary, lets review.

Our goal was to use IMC strategies to reintroduce DaimlerChrysler to target audiences, positioning the company as the most admired transportation company in the world.

One only needs to hear or see the daily business news to recognize that this is a timely project. Merger troubles have tarnished the DaimlerChrysler brand before such a brand was even established. Image trouble is good news for communication professionals. There are so many image-building opportunities for DaimlerChrysler that our team pulled together abundant ideas all contributing to meeting the IMC goal. Of course, our communication strategy emphasizes building and promoting a DC image that the DaimlerChrysler products will continue to support.

Foundational to every aspect of this strategy is the adoption of a DaimlerChrysler logo and tagline. This "brand-stamp" supports and is supported by every other element in this strategy. Our team worked to capture the spirit, tradition, quality, strength, and global opportunities of DaimlerChrysler's family with a unique logo and tagline. The logo and tagline represents the inspiration and motivation of every other aspect of our IMC strategy.
