Each 13 days, from Magnetic to
Cosmic, constitutes a
Wavespell. A Wavespell is named by the Glyph that falls on the
first, or Magnetic, day of the Wavespell. In
the adjacent image of the Castle, each of the
4 Wavespells begin on the square closest to the green central circle.
The 1st Wavespell starts and finishes on a
red day in the eastern arm of the Castle.
The 2nd Wavespell starts and finishes on a
white day in the northern arm of the Castle.
The 3rd wavespell starts and finishes on a
blue day in the western arm of the castle.
The 4th wavespell starts and finishes on a
yellow day in the southern arm of the castle.
4 Wavespells comprise a Castle (52 Kin or days). 5 Castles complete
one full Tzolkin (260 Kin). The 5 Castles are the Red
Eastern, White Northern,
Blue Western, Yellow
Southern, and Green Central Castles.
4 days (or Kin) in a row (red, white, blue, and yellow)
is called a Time Cell, or a
Harmonic. 5 days in a row is called a Chromatic
and also gives rise to the Clans. The
1st and the 5th Kin in a Chromatic are the same color (or root race). There
are 4 galactic "Seasons", which give rise to the
four Clans: Fire,
Blood, Truth,
and Sky, represented by the four colors. 13
Chromatics equals 1 Galactic Season, or 65
Kin. A Harmonic consists of four consecutive Glyphs, one of each color. There
are 65 Harmonics in a Tzolkin, which completes the galactic 260 day cycle.
There are 65 Kin in a Galactic Season. A Harmonic Run
is 5 Harmonics of four days each, totalling 20 days, containing all
twenty consecutive Glyphs (one column in the Tzolkin calendar) going
from Dragon to Sun.
There are 13 Harmonic Runs in one galactic spin (Tzolkin).
The following table contains 7 different ways to group days.
A Harmonic is 4 consecutive days and contains one
day of each color. A Chromatic is 5 consecutive
days with one color at both the beginning and end of the group. A
Wavespell is 13 consecutive days containing one
of each Tone. A Harmonic Run
is 20 consecutive days containing one of each
Glyph (an entire column in the Tzolkin grid). A
Castle is 52 consecutive days (4 Wavespells). A
Season is 65 consecutive days (5 Wavespells).

The Clans have correspondences to the human body in the
Mayan cosmology. Each Solar Seal, or
Glyph, is represented by each of the fingers and toes. My
Glyph, White Crystal Mirror is the fourth toe on
the left foot, counting from the big toe first. Of the five glyphs within each
Clan, two are the same color, the 1st and the 5th, or the
Polar Kin and Gateway Kin,
represented by the thumb or big toe of each hand or foot. Each of the four hands and
feet is represented by a different Clan, either
Fire, Blood,
Truth, or Sky. The following tables shows the
correspondences between the fingers and toes with the Earth Families
, the Chakras (center), the 4 colors, the 4 directions, and the 4
Clans.

The Clans also have a correspondence with the
hands and feet:
The Fire Clan is represented by the
right hand and is in the yellow Chromatic.
TheBlood Clan is represented by the right foot and
is in the red Chromatic.
The Truth Clan is represented by the left hand and
is in the white Chromatic.
The Sky Clan is represented by the left foot and
the blue Chromatic.
Each of the Earth Families have a correspondence with
the fingers and toes:
The Polar Kin represents the thumbs and
big toes and is a 5 or "bar" in the Chromatic Code.
The Cardinal Kin are represented by the index
fingers and second toes and is a "one dot" in the Chromatic
Code.
The Core Kin are the middle fingers
and third toes and is "two dot" in the Chromatic Code.
The Signal Kin are the ring fingers and fourth toes
and is a "three dot" in the Chromatic Code.
The Gateway Kin are the pinky fingers and the fifth
or smallest toes and is a "four dot" in the Chromatic Code
.
In this way, each of the 20 glyphs have a direct correlation with one of the 20
digits of the human body.
The Mayan reckoning of time also has a lunar calendar in which every month is exactly
28 days long. There are 13 months in every year for a total of 364 days. This directly
corresponds to the number of lunations per solar year, 13, as opposed to the Gregorian
calendar's arbitrary 12 divisions of unequal lengths. Each month has a
Tone and a totem animal to represent it. The one extra day
per year is called a "Day Out Of Time" and happens once per
year between the last day of the Mayan lunar calendar (July 24th in Gregorian calendar),
and the first day of the new year (July 26th).

The Mayan greeting of salutation is "In La 'kech"
and in translation means,
"I am another you". This is a powerful reminder of the oneness of all life
and a recognition of our kinship. It makes one wonder about the origin
of our common greeting, hello (Hell-Low). It sounds more like a curse than
a greeting. But then what would one expect from a culture where nearly
half the days' names are dedicated to mythological gods of war, Tiw for
tuesday, Woden or Odin for wednesday, and Thor for thursday. And don't
forget Saturn, astrologically the planet of karma and affliction, for
Saturday, historically the day off from the work week. Speaking of weak,
why couldn't it be a strong?
This symbol represents the "Hunab Ku", or
Central Galactic Intelligence. There is
a prayer to the seven galactic directions: east, west, north , south,
up, down, and the center of all things, that, among other things, invokes
the spirits of our ancestors to be among us. This is a Mayan symbol for
the sacredness contained in all of life, a reminder of our spiritual

The Mayan Calendar comes to an enmeshing of many coinciding cycles in the
year 2012. According to the Mayans, the history of mankind comes to an
abrupt halt on December 22nd of that year. This is purportedly a time of
profound transformation in our evolution. The Mayans mysteriously
disappeared as a civilization and it's rumored that they unlocked the
mystery of time travel and they are indeed "out there" somewhere, beyond
the confines of our three-dimensional prison. Curiously,
Terrance McKenna, after having studied the mathematical foundations of
the I Ching system came to the conclusion that the world achieves an
"ingression of novelty" and that everything that can happen, will happen
before the year 2012 and come to a halt the same day as predicted by the
Mayan Calendar. I may be paraphrasing here but the dates coincide in an
amazing degree of closeness. It has been said that one day of God, which is
an out breath and an in breath, lasts 4 billion 320 million years and we still
have 1.2 billion years left in our time until the in breath is complete and the
cycle starts again. The exact midpoint between the in and out breath is said to
be in the year 2012. A book entitled
"The Bible Code" has totally corroborated that date in time as the harbinger
of profound implications for the physical fate of the planet. All the major
prophecies seem to point to these coming decades as the time for profound
change in the basic nature of human existence.

Edgar
Cayce's predictions, the
Hopi prophecies, the coming age of
Kali Yuga...
it seems to be coming from all directions at once.
