When I Get The Time ...

I plan on restoring some of the following vehicles back to their original usability. It's a long process, and parts can be tough to find, but I'll get it done eventually.

This 1955 Byers Dragline has a Caterpillar D311 engine. It runs great, but obviously needs some sheet metal work and TLC.

Manufactured by the Michigan Crane Co., this unit has a power takeoff (PTO) in its transmission that runs an air compressor in the crane. The crane is all air-powered -- there is no separate crane engine.

This Austin-Western Road Grader is strictly for parts. It was a 4-wheel drive grader.

This 1951 D-2 Cat has a manure loader bucket. At present I have changed the rollers on both tracks and it is in the process of being repainted.

Another D-2 Cat, from 1955. It has a Cat dozer blade and the engine was stuck. After removing head, found 10 kernels of corn on top of a piston. Replacing tracks and rollers. Possibly will be ready sometime in the fall.

More bargains I have come across. They're waiting their turn for restoration, or simply there for parts as needed.
