Born in 1973 in Klaten, Jawa Tengah province. I studied at St. Vincent de Paul High School, Garum, Blitar, East Java (1989-1992). Earning the baccalaureate degree in philosophy (Indonesian literature department) at Driyarkara School of Philosophy, Jakarta (1994-1998), writing thesis titled Keadilan dari Sudut Pandang Liberalisme Politis Menurut John Rawls (Political Liberalismaccording to John Rawls) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Frans-Magnis Suseno, SJ dan Dr. I Wibowo, SJ. The baccalaureate degree on theology is obtained from the Gregorian University, Rome, Italy (2002-2005). Participating in a year course on Pedagogy and Professional Development in the Department of Science of Education at the Pontifical Salessian University, Rome, Italy (2005-2006). Joint with the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, and taking my Master degree in Education at Boston College Lynch School of Education, Boston US (2007-2009).

Educational experience:
Taching Latin and Religious Instruction at the St. Peter Canisius, Mertoyudan, in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia (1998-2000); The dean of student discipline and teaching religous instruction at John De Britto High School, In Jogjakarta, Central Java, Indonesia (2000-2001). Assistance Principal for Student Affair and extracurricular activities and e and teaching English at Gonzaga High School, In Jakarta, Indonesia (2006-2007).

Works on Media:
Journalist at HIDUP Catholic weekly magazine (1995-1998), Correspondence and reporter for HIDUP and mirifica.net (th official website of Indonesian Episcopal Conference) (1999-now).

Invitation:
Speaker at the National Seminar for Inter-religious dialogue with the paper entitled Menghormati Perbedaan sebagai Dasar Etis Kerukunan Hidup Antarumat Beragama di Indonesia. The National Seminar held by the Department of Internal Affair in collaboration with Yusufi Beledung Foundation, in Tangerang, February 6, 2007, at Gedung Serbaguna Base Camp Departemen Perhubungan-Jurumudi Lama. Another key speaker : Prof. Dr. KH.Said Agil Siraj MA (The chairman of PBNU).

Publication:
My articles on education, spirituality and journalistic reports were published both on the local and national media (news paper and magazine), KOMPAS (the biggest national news paper), GATRA, BERNAS, MEDIA INDONESIA, HIDUP, UTUSAN, ROHANI dan BASIS. Article published in the foreign magazine: Popoli (in Italian).

Book:
I published my first book entitled Pendidikan Karakter - Strategi Mendidik Anak di Zaman Global, Jakarta: Grasindo, 2007.
