The Defence Medical Association of Canada holds a national meeting annually, which is composed of an Annual General Meeting (AGM), a Mess dinner, and the Clinical Study Day (CSD). The next AGM & CSD will be held in conjunction with the CFMS OpMed99.

The varrious branches hold meetings and other functions at various times.
