Welcome Back to School!
For your first assignment, you will be doing a report on one of the books you read this summer: Unholy Fire or Uncle Tom�s Cabin. You will need to write a reaction paper to the novel.
Requirements:
Cover page (Title in the center; name, date and class in bottom right hand corner of the page)
2 � 4 page typed essay, double spaced regular font
This will be an independent assignment that you need to work on outside of class but if you need any help, questions can be asked during class. When you are done with your essays, I will edit them so you can then make changes. When you are finished making the changes, your essay will be put in your writing portfolio.
You need to let me know by tomorrow, September 5th, which novel you would like to write about. Your essay will be due on September 15th during class.
