How fickle is man

So it seems Randy (the next door neighbor) is smitten with my sister's friend, Ashley. She's been coming over everyday and they've been hanging out. Oh lord, I can already tell how this is going to go down and I'm glad it isn't me. Randy's wife comes over a lot as well and according to her (this is what she told Brad anyway), they are married and aren't separated, they just don't live together.

Men are so predictable. Are they all dogs?? Really, I've yet to find one who isn't a total shithead in a relationship. Obviously, I have absolutely no respect for cheats. What's even more disgusting is Ashley is 18, Randy is 29. Come on, are you that hard up? I think Amy is around that age as well, maybe a little older. *giant rolling eye*

So anyway, Ashley is not really all there herself. She's a little ditsy and a tad...well...psychotic. Overt hints that most people get, she doesn't. I like the girl and all, my sister has been friends with her since she was ten and she's really sweet but can easily get taken advantage of.

At Hello where I work, we answer for Virginia Vacations, a promotional tourism type company that sends out package information to people who are curious about vacationing here. Because of the law that was passed regarding same sex marriages here, we've been getting calls all night from assholes going off on us about this law. I finally had to say, "Look, call Virginia Chamber of Commerce to complain - stop harrassing the operators at a fucking answering service and don't call again." Or something to that effect anyway. But mostly it's just people calling to say they're cancelling their vacation to Virginia because of it, which I don't believe they ever had to begin with. Reference: Virginia is for haters.
