The Franklin faculty includes a principal, thirteen grade one to five teachers, one and one-half kindergarten teachers (three half-day sessions) and a special education teacher. Part-time professionals in art, vocal music, physical education, library media, and nursing also service the students at Franklin.

Additional professional staff in the form of a speech therapist, psychologist, and bilingual teacher augment the teaching staff. Franklin is also serviced by three non-instructional support personnel. A secretary, library media paraprofessional, a licensed EMT nurse's aide, recess aides, food services, and custodial personnel complete the staff.
