The self-esteem of students at Franklin is given constant attention
by the many activities throughout the year that are aimed at the positive
things that students do. Every Monday, the day begins with an all school
assembly where the two rooms that had the best percentage of attendance
the previous week receive a traveling trophy and a sticker badge for
the students in that room. Four students are selected at random from
staff nominations as "Student of the Week." They receive a
certificate and have their name put on the outside message board.
