Welcome to Destiny's Style, the ficticious online Soap Opera, set in the magical and rich world of Hillendale East, a town at the heart of England. >> HISTORY Destiny's Style ran for over 150 Episodes and charted the lives, loves and strange goings on, in a large English town. The show had a supernatural theme that ran throughout, initially with the character of Ezmerelda being a 500 year old witch. Later long term character Sami Millbrooke discovered she was Ezmerelda's daughter and too had magical powers. Other notable strange events include Pierce Redwood returning as a Zombie. The show enjoyed many years of success and high viewing figures, Season Five began with the show undergoing a large re-vamp. This included a new theme tune and title sequence, it proved to be very unpopular with viewers and so the old theme tune was reworked. Destiny's Style returned in Season Six with a more recognisable look. There was controversy when the character of Gold Cunningham was revealed to own a brothal, and planned to take over Plandon Place as housing for her prostitues by any means neccessary. The episode where Mike Gladstone viciously gunned down Gold's Henchmen when they attacked the La Nyla's caused there to be 5 complaints. The episode was later edited for re-broadcast. With this in mind when it came to the final season the writers were unsure about how to finish the show. A grusome ending was shot, but was later dropped causing Season Eleven to be completely re-filmed. The original ending (where the Helicopter's blades spin off into the crowd) can be purchased on a two disc DVD entitled "Destiny's Style: Moments".
