Episode one

Robin catches Sami and Pierce in bed together. The Richards leave Hillendale without Marcus after the affair and Drake is ashamed to be a Hiller. Robin and Pierce fight and Pierce falls through the landing banisters.

Episode Two

Beverly,Mike,Jen and Chris arrive home from Australia to find Mr and Mrs Hong waiting. Pierce is rushed to hospital and Robin is arrested.Beth feels alone and finds a friend in Sami Millbrooke who is equally alone.

Episode Three

Pierce awakes from his coma. Jen is disgusted by her real parents behaviour and Beth's son arrives in Hillendale.

Episode Four

Marcus puts his Plandon Place home up for sale and moves to an apartment at The Hillendale Centre. Beth faces an angry customer at "The Beverage" and Jen tells her real parents to get out of her life.

Episode Five

Beth gets to know her son after neraly a year apart. Drake and Elspeth attempt to find Liza for the sake of Mal and Robin is released from prison.

Episode Six

Beth and Blair go house-hunting. Sami decides she needs stability. Mike refuses to co-operate with Beth at work and Chris takes Jen to the country.

Episode Seven

Beth tells Sami that she's discovered theres substidence at The Hillendale Centre. Marcus heads to London to get his kids and theres trouble for Chris and Jen in the form a steep slope.

Episode Eight

Jen runs for help as Chris falls down the hill side. Beverly decides she needs more staff at "The Beverage". Sami attempts to talk to Mike about the structual problems, but is mocked.

Episode Nine

Finally Liza is tracked down and Drake invites her back to the hall while Elspeth organises a Gala at the hall. Beverly and Mike pick Jen and Chris up from Hospital while Beth and Blair move into the old Richards house.

Episode Ten

Street-wise girl Tempany Tempest arrives in Hillendale as Chloe's nanny. Beth approaches Mike about The Hillendale Centre. Blair and Jen bump into Ezmerelda. The Residents of Plandon Place attend a charity Gala at Hillendale Hall where Mal announces a wedding day much to Elspeth's horror.

Episode Eleven

Elspeth and Liza fight at the gala, they end up falling into the swimming pool. Blair tells Beth about Ezmerelda. Beverly tells Jen not to have anything to do with Blair and Tempany tells Sami to make it up with Robin.

Episode Twelve

Pierce finally leaves Hospital and on hearing that Sami is back with Robin smashes all their windows in. Liza and Mal elope. Drake tells Elspeth she's too persesive and Jen tells Beverly she loves Blair.

Episode Thirteen Unknown to everybody in Hillendale the subsidence at The Hillendale Centre causes a gas line to be ruptured. Beth tries to be friendly with Beverly but gets nowhere. Mike decides he should maybe listen to Beth. Pierce flees Hillendale. Marcus brings Billy back to his appartment. Episode Fourteen Mike goes to see Beverly at "The Beverage". Jen and Blair go shopping at The Hillendale Centre and in the courtyard outside go and see Beverly to tell her their a couple. Sami and Robin go to The Hillendale Centre to buy Chloe some new stuff. Mike bumps into Beth outside The Beverage and she tells him about the Subsidence. He asks why she didn't tell anybody else but she says nobody would believe her because virtually everbody in Hillendale had turned against her. Its too late though the ground rumbles and like a flash a fire ball bursts out of the glass facade that is The Hillendale Centre. Who survives find out soon...
