>> CHARACTERS +BEVERLY GLADSTONE Beverly was married to Mike Gladstone and with him she had a son called Chris, a few years after Chris was born, Mike and herself decided to adopt, and so a young Japanese girl called Jen-Lee joined their family. When Destiny's Style began, Beverly was happily living at NO:2 Plandon Place, Hillendale. Throughout the series she was to proprietor of a Café at "The Hillendale Centre" called "The BEVerage". Beverly received a shock early on in Destiny's Style when she was attacked by Belle Sheilas who she believed was Mike's assistant Beth Sheilas, things quickly returned to normal when the real Beth Sheilas arrived, and revealed she had a twin sister who had escaped from an asylum. During Season Four, Gold Cunningham appeared claiming to be Beverly's half sister, this caused a stir, but when it turned out to be the truth, Beverly quickly became friends with Gold, until Gold finally showed her true colours. Gold quicly became the most hated woman in Hillendale, this led to Beverly distancing herself from her half sister. In later seasons of Destiny's Style, Beverly learnt that Mike was secretly working for MI-5, and he was using his role as the Manager of "The Hillendale Centre" as a cover. Beverly had a strong friendship throughout the series with Beth Sheilas, Sami and Ezmerelda Millbrooke, Hope La Nyla and Lady Elspeth Hiller. These strong friendships meant Beverly was always at the centre of Hillendale life, and she was one of the few people who actually knew Sami and Elspeth were white witches! Beverly even indulged in time travel, and when she accidentally slipped on milk, and went hurtling one year into the future, she saw Hillendale lying in tatters, her quest to save Hillendale resulted in the main storyline of the final season of Destiny's Style. +MIKE GLADSTONE Mike is married to Beverly, has a son called Chris and an adopted daughter called Jen-Lee. He is the manager of "The Hillendale Centre". Mike is actually a member of MI-5 and uses the Hillendale Centre as a front. Only Beth Sheilas knows of Mike's secret as far as he knows but secretly his wife Beverly knows. +JEN-LEE GLADSTONE Jen-Lee was adopted when she was a baby from China as her parents had already had two children. Her parents though came and demanded that she return with them, although it was ruled that Jen should stay in Hillendale. Belle Sheilas who was posing as her sister Beth kidnapped Jen in Season One as a way to get at Mike. Jen returned home safely though, she later was involved in a car crash with her boyfriend Justin. In the end after one break-up with Justin they got back together and she got pregnant. Jen befriended Hillendale singer Nini Van Tucker, the two got on well until Nini and Justin kissed, they patched things up though and Nini went a joined Liberty X on tour. +CHRIS GLADSTONE The son of Beverly and Mike Chris was never the most interesting of characters, he did however have a rendez-vous with a Pladon Place male, Beth Sheilas and Ezmerelda the Witch (although Ezmerelda did have him under a spell). Chris also got bitten by a spider on one occassion. In Season One Chris had a girlfriend called Felicity she left him though. +GOLD CUNNINGHAM Gold arrived at the Gladstone's house claiming to be Beverly's sister. Beverly and Mike aren't sure about her though even though Beverly found evidence that proved Gold was her sister. Hope La Nyla despises Gold as she used to be bullied by Gold at school. further more Hope could hold clues to Gold's past that could help Beverly. More Recently it has been discovered that Gold owns a Brothal in Hellendale West. +MACY MASON-CUNNINGHAM Macy originally lived in Hillendale with her father (Glenn Mason) but when Gold Cunnigham arrived in Hillendale(claiming to be Beverly Gladstone's sister)she realised it was her mother from photos she had. Macy also dicovered that with Gold been her mother she was related to the Gladstone's, in particular her enemy from school Jen was her cousin! Macy ended up living with Gold as her father wanted her to be able to enjoy Gold's money. +BETH SHEILAS Beth arrived in Hillendale as the Assistant Manager of "The Hillendale Centre", unknown to her, Beth's mentally ill sister Belle arrived before her and posed as Her. Beth finally sorted things out, although virtually everybody in Hillendale won't speak to her after all Belle did. Beth's son arrived in Hillendale during Season Three but died when "The Hillendale Centre" blew up in Season Three/Four. Beth's sister Belle kept coming back for more and Belle was finally shot at Beth's Lakeside lodge by Mike Gladstone. Beth embarked upon a lesbian affair with Hope La Nyla, but unknown to the residents of Plandon Place, Beth was just helping Hope out with an undercover report for "The Hillendale Enquirer". The Lesbianism just been a front. +BLAIR SHEILAS Blair arrived in Hillendale during Season Three, he had previously been at boarding school in order to protect him from his mad Aunt Belle. Blair's stay in Hillendale was to be short lived though, shortly after he started dating Jen he was killed in the explosion that destroyed "The Hillendale Centre". +SAMI REDWOOD MILLBROOKE When Destiny's Style began Sami gave birth to her first child Chloe. She was once married to Hillendale Sex Bomb Pierce Redwood, but now is married to Robin Millbrooke who works for "Global-Tek US:Europe Devision". After what happened with Chris her marriage got back on track but it was revealed that Robin slepth with and made pregant Tempany, Chloe's nanny. Sami lived in New England with her parents and Chloe for a while afterwards but returned to Hillendale in Season Nine where she found out Ezmerelda the witch was her mother and she had magical powers. +EZMERELDA MILLBROOKE (Real surname unknown) Ezmerelda is Hillendale's resident Witch. Although through the seasons there has been speculation. Many used to just pass her off as a mad tramp, but she is definatly something more. At one point she turned Chris Gladstone into her love slave and controlled Belle Sheilas as she went on the rampage. Although really Ezmerelda was just trying to get her under control. Ezmerelda brought Pierce Redwood back from the dead to try and scare the evil Honeywell's out of Plandon Place so she could lure her daughter Sami (Sami didn't actually Ezmerelda was her mother) back to her old home in Hillendale. Ezmerelda told Sami she was her mother and that she too had magical powers. +ROBIN MILLBROOKE Robin was married to Sami Millbrooke and has a daughted called Chloe. He slept with a Male Neighbour in New York, but still loved Sami. Robin later couldn't keep his hands of his duaghter Chloe's nanny, he and Sami split up, he went to live in France. During Season Eleven he returned and rekindled his love with Sami, they finally re-married. +HOPE LA NYLA Hope moved to Hillendale in Season Four and has two children, Thorne and Justin. Nobody on Plandon Place knows what happened to her husband and even if she's ever had one. Hope works from home as a writer for "The Hillendale Enquirer" and has also had books published. She went undercover with Beth pretending to be a lesbian at one time which caused a stir. +THORNE LA NYLA Thorne moved to Hillendale with her mother and brother after something happened to her. Thorne currently attended the 6th form at "Hillendale High" and went on to become a Fashion Designer. Thorne had the hots for Chris Gladstone but he didn't feel the same way about her. +JUSTIN LA NYLA Justin wants a career in hospitality much to the dismay of his mother. Justin was hunted down by Marcus Richards, who assaulted him and later tried to kill him because Hope discovered Marcus was involved in a big money scam and made it public. In the early days Justin dated Jen-Lee but they split up after he kissed Jen's friend Nini. They later got back together and Justin managed to get Jen pregnant. +NINI VAN TUCKER Nini was caring and shy, she loved to sing and this talent made her popular in Hillendale. She once got assaulted by Macy Mason and was going to sue her, but in the end Nini let it go and joined pop group "Liberty X". +PIERCE REDWOOD Pierce divorced Sami some years ago after been unable to keep his hand off her sister Relle. Passions ran high between him and Sami. Robin worked at the Marina, which is situated at Pinewood Lake. He was killed by a falling Chandelere at the beginning of Season Six and returned as a Zombie during Season Seven. +LORD DRAKE HILLER Drake owned Hillendale hall and was high up in the Hillendale Hyrachi. Money problems years ago forced him to sell off part of his land and so Plandon Place was built. The Hall features 14th Century art and a swimming pool. Drake lives off offshore accounts aswell as shares and other income, that he'd prefer not to dicuss. He has one son called Malcolm. He was almost assassinated at the end of Season Ten and decided to move with his wife Elspeth to a castle in Scotland. +LADY ELSPETH HILLER Elspeth regarded anybody unlike herself to be common in the beginning. Her Son Malcolm wanted to marry a foreign girl named Liza, but she wouldn't have it and drove Liza out of Hillendale. Malcolm though married Liza behind her back which made her very bitter. In the end Elspeth learned to mellow out and after Drake was almost assassinated moved with him to a castle in Scotland. +SIR MALCOLM HILLER Nobody knew why there was a "st" in Malcolms name for a while, then they realised it was an ironic joke as Malcolm was a horrid person.. Malcolm wishes to marry Liza from abroad and is fighting with his mother over the right to marry her. Malcolm owns his own e-company specialising in software. Malcolm left in Season Five along with Liza to go and live in Austria +VIVIAN LITTLEMORE When Hillendale Hall came onto the market, super snob Vivian Littlemore bought the Hall at once with the proceeds from the sale of her PR Business after a messy split. She is married to Gregory Littlemore who has suffered for 10 years due to Vivian's constant falling outs with Neighbours. +GREGORY LITTLEMORE The husband of super-snob Vivian, Gregory enjoys fooling around with other women, Gregory works as the executive of a local Hillendale modeling agency.
