 Yummy Yorkshires

Important Stuff:-
takes about an hour in total to make and cook
makes about 12
make sure hands are *clean*..
*unless u r intentionally trying to poison yourself/family*

Ingredients:-
4oz plain flour
one egg
10oz fluid: 2/3 water
             1/3 milk
Tspoon- sunflower oil
pinch of salt
What You'll Need:-
wieghing scales
blender
oven (duh!)
muffin tin
time and patience!!

Cooking Instructions:-
  1. put all of the ingredients into a blender
  2. blend on setting 1 to start.. increasing to 2 for couple of minutes
  3. check mixture and scrape down at the sides
  4. mix for couple of minutes
  5. leave for 30+mins (doesn't have to be exactly 30 mins.. okay to leave for an hr
  6. heat oven to highest setting: usually gas mark 8,
  7. get muffin tin and gently pour oil into each one.. just so the oil covers the base.. and then use a paper towel to carefully wipe the oil round the inside of each one (do this BEFORE u put in oven)- so they won't stick!
  8. put in oven for five minutes to heat the oil
  9. CAREFULLY (the oil will be VERY hot) take the tin out..
  10. give the mixture one final whizz in the blender for about 15 seconds on about setting 1.
  11. pour the mixture into each one.. so each is about half full w/ mixture..
  12. carefully put in the pre-heated oven on the top shelf for 20-25 mins...
(check after 20.. if they don't look brown.. then leave in for another five mins)
  13. take out after they're done.. & carefully using a blunt knife.. cut round the edges of each one.. hopefully they'll come out no problem.. but sometimes they will stick.. then serve!! :D

Serving Suggestions:-
u gotta have yorkshire puddings with click here to make gravy!!gravy!! hehehe.. traditionally, yorkshire puddings are eaten as part of a roast as well.. normally beef.. but now anything lamb (my fave), turkey, chicken.. any meat really... but i like them so much i tend to make the batter.. & use half for yorkshire puddings and make about 6.. and eat w/ just gravy.. and then use the half of the mixture to make pancakes for afters :D!!
