(JOFUS) -- With the withdraw of several countries from Iraq, Monaco has pledged 1000% more troops.

Prince RAINIER III made the announcement on Wednesday marking his country's biggest commitment to an armed conflict since their surrender during World War II.

Currently the second smallest country in the world has only sent on troop to Iraq, a Captain Bubbles.  Bubbles is a decorated war hero in Monaco were he has lived for 20 years.

What really makes Bubbles unique is that he is a trained warrior monkey of doom, or WMD.

The pledge of 1000% more troops will bring Monaco's total to 1000.  Since Prince RAINIER III's inauguration in 1949, Monaco has relied heavily on WMDs to keep the world at bay.

President Bush and Prime Minister Blair herald the announcement as "a great step forward in the fight against terrorism."

The WMDs are expected to arrive in Iraq within the week armed with feces propelled grenades and an uncanny ability to blend in with the local populace.
