(JOFUS) -- With the enormous success of the Segway HT, Segway Inc. releases its Mexican inspired design.

The first Segway design was vastly popular among the American public. It was featured on shows like David Letterman to Law and Order and even animated in the Simpsons. Segway Inc plans to broaden its market with the new "Mexway."

Dr. Aryan White who headed the revolutionary product said that the company needed to cater to a "new crowd.

"We were selling a product that only upper class white people can afford. Lets face it, there are only so many white people. We needed something that was not only unique in the spirit of Segway, but also functional."

The result is the Mexway, a more powerful version of the Segway Human Transporter (HT) but with the added functionality of a lawn mower.

Analysts say this can save the floundering tech company because Hispanics are the largest and fastest growing minority in the country.

Dr. White reasoned that a lawn mower addition would make the Mexway "as an important part of Mexican lifestyles in much the same way that cabs or gas stations are for Indians."

Other projects underway at Segway Inc. include the AsiaWay, which features a randomizer in the controls to mimic Asian driving skills, and the SegWay GT or Gangsta Transporter. The GT will feature 18 in. chrome rims and a 100,000 W stereo system with the option to install a semi-automatic on the handlebars.
