First of all, I hope everyone out there is okay, especially those in PA, NYC, and Washington, and I hope you're family and friends are the same…

Rocky's closing September 23. :(

Added two new articles (one of which is awesome!) and some new pictures in the random Daphne and RHS sections.

Hey! Look, pigs are flying, Mary's updating, whoa! Yeah, not that that's over…

Made two new sections to the pictures page and added pictures to all of them, along with the Rocky Horror section, and the random Daphne section. Thanks to everyone who sent me pics, especially Rio who finally scanned the picture from the RHS CD booklet cuz she knew I'd never get to it…

I know it's a little late, but Daphne was the guest on Seth's Broadway Chatterbox on August second. Tapes of this should be on sale at the Broadway Flea Market.

BTW, for anyone who's been wondering, if you hear a L'Oreal ad for hair dye that has a voice over that sounds like Daphne… it is Daphne. And some people think she did a voice over for MTV too, so if you hear someone who sounds like her on TV… it might be her.

Sorry no update for such a long time, but its summer. That's enough of an excuse.

Anyway, there's a huge update today, mostly pictures and articles… Amy and Dara took soo many cool pictures from Daphne's concerts, so check them out in the random Daphne section, and check out the one picture I added to the Rocky Horror picture page. :) I also added a lot of articles, thanks to Jessica, and I fixed some lyrics and quotes with the help of Lauren. AND I fixed the link to Josh's Daphne site Forever Daphne, so that's on the Links page…

Hope you all have a great summer, I may not be able to update for a while, but check out the message board, cuz there's always great conversations going on there. :)

Yay! I finally updated again! :) Sorry for not updating for a while, but the past few days/weeks/whatever have been really… hectic. Anyway, after a lot of promises, and a few threats (CHRISTINA!), I updated again! Yay!

Anyway, I added just a few pics to the random Daphne pictures, but I also added the pictures of me and Daphne from when I met her! They're here. I also fixed some of the lyrics to Souvenirs (thanks to Dara!), updated the thanks page, the me page, the links page, the Rocky Horror page, the Where is Daphne page, and the Daphne and Me section (slightly).

6/22/01 –

I met Daphne!! I finally met her! OMG, it was AMAZING. Absolutely AMAZING! I'm still in shock, I think. The whole story is here: Daphne and Me (I know, that's a bad sort of title thing…). Pictures are coming; they should be up by Tuesday. :) Oh, and let me just say that Daphne was extraordinarily nice when I met her, she went out of her way to be so!

Anyway, besides that, I added pictures to the Photo Op section, the Off-Bway section, and the random Daphne section. I redid the Photo Op and Rocky picture sections, tell me if you like it or hate it. I also updated or added to the FAQ section, the lyrics to Souvenirs, the links and quotes pages, and the contact page. :)

6/16/01 –

Added one pic to the Random Daphne pics section, and a couple to the Rocky Horror Section (Thank you Jessica!). Also added a great article to the Article section ("Daphne Rubin-Vega is a Certified Diva"), thanks to Rio for that. Also, next Monday the 18^th, at 1 AM and the Monday after that (the 25^th), also at 1 AM, the episode of New York Undercover Daphne is in will reportedly air, in Florida at least, on ABC. Everybody thank Jessica again for this bit of info!

Oh, and if anyone is planning on going to one of the concerts in July, please post on the message board or IM me or something, cuz I may actually go (Mary actually get to see Daphne live?! NO!) and I wanna know who all I can look forward to seeing (aside from Daphne, of course).

6/14/01 –

Added one solo picture to the Rent section, thanks to Renata (and, BTW, if you're reading this, Renata, please email me again, because I tried to email you my thanks and the mail got returned. Twice.). Also added a link to a new article, and updated the quotes section, and I updated the news section with the details to Daphne's next performance!

Her next performances (cuz I want everyone to know) are on the nights of July 9^th and July 16^th at The Cutting Room, at 8:30. So everyone go! (And thank you a million times to Rio, who rules for giving me that info!)

One more thing: My b-day is next Tuesday (? I think its Tuesday… the 19^th), and I want all of you to IM me for my b-day present! :) MimiWannaBe917

Not a big update, but an update nonetheless. :) Added pictures in the random Daphne sections, photo op section, Rent section, and Rocky Horror section. Thanks to all who sent them to me (you guys rule!).

Also updated the links and the where page.

6/3/01 –

No updates today (I'm working on it, I'm working on it), but I do have news that I'm sure most of you know already. Tonight are the Tony Awards and Rocky Horror will be performing and is up for 4 (I think its four…) awards, so everyone watch! I'm so excited I'm forcing all my none Broadway-liking friends to watch. :)

Anyway, the other news is that Daphne and the rest of the Original Broadway Cast of Rent are performing at a concert tomorrow as a benefit for NYTW. I begged to be able to go, but since my parents are horrible like that, of course I'm not going… oh well. Anyone one's going tomorrow, I want pictures and every single detail!

I revoke my promise from last week. Sorry! :( Its not my fault, its this stupid town! No one has a scanner that works!

Anyway, more quotes, articles, and pictures in the Rent, Movies, and Rocky Horror sections. Thanks to all of you who helped with this update and motivated me to do it!

Okay, having troubles with MP3s. I need a good host that will let my upload MP3s, and keep them there for another site, and has lots of space. If you think you can help, email me. A million thanks if you do.

I'm trying to add a sound page for Daphne, but I really, really need your help! I need any and all sounds you can find of Daphne in anything, Rent, Rocky, anything. Please, please email me and I'll be so grateful!

Okay, RHS CD pictures scanned and up by this weekend! I promise!

I added Daphne pictures and Rent pictures, and some cute quotes, and I updated the links page. I will also be adding MP3 downloads from Daphne's Souvenirs by (probably) this weekend, so watch out for them.

Thank a million times to everyone who has bugged me to update this week, you guys are awesome :)

I still have to find a scanner that works. :( Sorry. So, the pictures from the CD are coming soon.

Anyway, I added a bunch of articles, and updated the Gum, Rent, and Rocky pages and updated the Where page. :) I also added pictures in the Rocky Horror, Daphne, and Off Broadway section, so go check that out. And don't forget to tell me if you like the new format in the Daphne section and the Rent section :)

Oh wow, this has been updated a lot lately, no? Sorry if you’re sick of me… :( But I've been getting such great feedback that I feel as though I owe it to you!

Anyway, I couldn't scan the pictures of Daphne today, but maybe tomorrow? Hopefully :)

I added a really awesome article about Daphne from the New York Times about how she was cut from Mercury and everything… Its really, really good. :) I also added some quotes and updated the where page. I also got yet another message board and the links up there :)

Oh yeah! And look! There's a link for the quotes page up there too! Ý

The Rocky Horror CD is out! Yay! Click here to read my thought on it (beware: its long). I love it all. Daphne is fabulous! There's also two great pictures of her in the CD jacket thing, and I'll try to maybe scan them tomorrow? I don't have a scanner, but I'll try and find one. :)

Hey, if any of you guys have the CD already and wanna send me your own take on it, email me, I wanna hear it!

Anyway, besides that I added some pictures in the random Daphne section, the Rent section, the Photo Op section, and the Off Broadway section. Anyone, I need to ask a major favor from all of you: if you have any pictures of Daphne that you wouldn't mind me posting, email me! Already a couple of you have, and I really, really think you’re great for it! Anyone else who have pics, please send 'em my way. :)

Okay, the first thing I need to do is thank all of you. So many people have emailed me, IMed me, signed the guest book, or communicated to me in some other way to tell me that you saw his site, and you liked it. You have sent me stuff to put up, motivated me to update (especially this week!), and just been so nice! Thank you a million times. Especially a few of you who I talk to a lot, or have been especially nice. I think you know who you are.

Anyway, I added a bunch of pictures to the Rent part, a bunch to the movie part, and one each to the Daphne and Off Bway ones. I added a few articles, some quotes (and no, I haven't added the link to the Quote page on top yet, but I will), some links, and I added some to the thanks page. I really hope you all check out the thanks page if you check out nothing else.

The RHS CD comes out on Tuesday!

Still need quotes and bloopers, if you have any… hint hint.

Added about a million more pictures… seriously, it was a major update. :) Anyway, the RHS CD is out in just 6 days!

Okay, everything that I updated yesterday is still the newest info, but there are some announcements about Daphne and the Rocky Horror Show that I thought you all would want to know. Daphne is performing at Fashion Rocks Broadway (a sort of spin off, if you will, of She Rocks Broadway, which Daphne was in last year) and I heard that they will be releasing a CD and DVD of this concert. Isn't that cool? Then there'll be Daphne live on CD and live on video! Okay, anyway, the Tony Nominations were announced today and Rocky Horror is up for four: Best Musical Revival, Best Actor in a musical (Tom Hewitt), Best Direction of a Musical (Christopher Ashley) and best costume design (which they should definitely win, because Daphne looks fabulous). Congrats to the whole cast, though Daphne should have of course been nominated for best featured actress in a musical. :)

The Rocky Horror Show CD will be out on May 15! Aren't you all so excited? I am! I completely redid the pictures pages and I added a bunch more (with still more to add) so everyone go see that. I also added so much to the Filmography section. I took down the links to the MP3s of Souvenirs because they weren't working, but I'll try and have them up soon again, maybe. I did add the lyrics of the CD though, so I took away from that section and added. I also added some stuff to the section about me because Brittany (I LOVE YOU!) forced me to. :) I don't think many of you will read it (and please don't, I find that entire section embarrassing), but it was added. Oh yeah, I also added a small quotes section that doesn't have much yet, but has some. You can get to it from here, or from the main page, I promise it will have a link from the top index thing soon! I think that's basically all I did…

Okay, anyone who is reading this, I really need your help. My mother is a horrible person and doesn't think I should be allowed to go to Daphne's concert this week or the next one next week (and I didn't go t her first one last week!). If you have any reason why you think I should go (and I mean ANYTHING! I already have a bunch of crazy ones, I'm desperate!), email them to me and I will be eternally grateful!

Another request for anyone who is reading this: I want to make a page about little things that have gone wrong while Daphne was performing, whether it be in Rent, RHS, or anything else, and I need those tiny little screw ups (or bigger ones)! So, please If you know of any, email me and I'll give you credit. Thanks :)

Okay, pretty much everything was updated a little bit, but I'm just going to remark on the big updates. The pictures page was fixed and now has a new layout, the Rent page has been updated, more articles have been added, Mimi's been updated, a new message board has been linked to this (and this is the last time I get a new message board, I swear), the FAQ has been updated, I added the Souvenirs, Gum, Rocky Horror, and Two Sisters sections. Next on my list of things to do is the movie's Daphne's been in. But that's another update :)

12/30/00 –

Added the pictures, updated the contact page, added some links, and I'm still working on the dang Mimi page… done soon, I swear. I'm also working on pages for Daph's plays Gum and Two Sisters and Piano, so hopefully they'll be up soon. In the mean time, go visit the picture's page! It doesn't have a huge amount of pictures, but more are coming.
