Lights may be used to describe movement...

Musical group Allure: I took this picture while water (used to look like rain) came down onto stage. The streaks of light (where the spotlights are aimed at the water drops) give the illusion that the water is coming down eventhough this is a photo (where the water has been frozen in time). Another example of movement using light can be when a person rides the train: we see that the person is movine because of the changing shadows hitting him.
