I wasn't at this spooky encounter in Kirtland but I remember Heather telling me about it. Heather, Justin and Paul were driving around Kirtland. They had these road cones that they had gotten from Heather's garage, I think. Well, they wanted to play a joke and block off one of the roads in Kirtland. So they picked a road and it was just this little one off a one way street. They put about four cones in the road. As they were driving away, Heather remembered that she had felt something heavy on one of the cones and she wanted to go back and make sure it wasn't something that got stuck on there. They went back and the cones were GONE! Vanished! They didn't even go that far and it was a one way street and they didn't see any other cars. What happened to those cones is still a mystery.
