5/17/01 Well
after a week or so of the shard being active, it is clear that the
crafting system is starting to come together. This was a known issue
before going live, so, will fill out soon enough. We now use font
colors to suit our ranks. So whatever your sash color is, stick
to this color font. Try to make it brightest though, so that it
is readable. Mugzug caused a few headaches to some people, and was
subsequently banned. This gave us a little bit of bad PR, but Im
sure people will get over it soon enough. At the moment we are keen
on getting a tinker, tailor and perhaps a smith. As far as bloodlines
go, a mojoka and of course plenty of grunts. Mojoka's preferably
should be experienced orc role-players. Try to throw out anything
not orcy, we want to keep our unique identity and not fall prey
of getting the 'best' equipment. Halberd's are not orchish! Additionally,
try to stick to a bloodline choice of equipment for the most part.
You can of course change,.. but stay with one for some time before
changing. We will still be a llittle lenient on weapons at the moment,
since we are having trouble with a supply of typically orcish gear.
(Particularly swords) This Im sure will change in the not too distant
future. HORDING is orcish, grab useful things and hide them away
in town. Just remember, we dont have very good security, (ie. we
just shove it anywhere) so be aware we can loose our things.
5/10/01 The
shard is up, and Ug was one of the first orcs sniffing around. If
you havn't already filled in an application,GET TO IT. If you already
have, you will get a reply fairly soon, dont worry.
5/8/01 The
shard opening is delayed for another 1-2 days. Make sure you grab
the necessary files here Dark
Ages Connection and get your applications in if you havn't done
so. When you recieve back your application (assuming you put it
in) you ought to be able to play
5/3/01 First
orcish meeting or Shrinkh! This is to be held this Saturday 5th
at 4pm GMT. This meeting is a bit of a beta test for our regular
meetings as much as a group get together. Should be a bit of fun,
make sure you come along. Additionally we are to get a choice of
about 6 starting colors, which are being tested. - Ug

bonesuit. is in the screenshots setcion. Note also the skin
colour which was being tried.
4/30/01 Updates to
the pages made, Delays for opening of Dark Ages.
" We are now looking at a may 7th
opening, namely due for quality adjustements. The application program
would not have been done in time for release, in addition to various
other things.
On the plus side, to help amend for this
loss, there will be a new dungeon included in the initial release
[two floors]. "

Much has been happening behind the scenes, particularly on defining
what we are as orcs. Cheak the boards for details. When finialised
the website will be updated to reflect our perspective

So we are now moving to DA and few things are there bit different
from Myth. I have heard few people being concerned about permadeath
but i think we will be allright as long as we stay in groups, dont
wonder around alone; specially not go out of orc lands alone and
just be careful over all.
Cove is Ellgoth now and thats where we are staying. Its a human
town that was raided by orcs only a year ago. Right now it looks
like rituals will be kept in ruins of old building in east from
town, tho its not 100% sure yet.

Most of members we had in Myth are moving to DA. Im also glad to
tell you that Ug and Griznak are coming back. It also looks like
that we are getting few new faces to our tribe. Heres the current

Command structure:
We are still going to have Warbozz, 3 nobz and 1 sharmun just like
in Myth (no more Bigbozz tho). Biggest change in this is that nobz
and sharmun will have more power compared to Warbozz than they had
in Myth. Nobz and sharmun also have to take more responsibility
of developing tribe, not just enjoy their high status as it often
got in Myth. We will be running player run quests as much as we
can and its preferred that every nob and sharmun would plan atleast
one in every month.
There wont be nob or warbozz klomp anymore. The Warbozz will change
when he gets perma death. New one will be chosen from the nobz.
Old Warbozz will get his nob seat. If there will be free nob seat
from some reason new nob will be chosen from grunts.

Meetings:
Meetings will be kept weekly and its very important that people
come to these. News can be readed from MB too so meetings are mostly
just for some great RP and fun. News will be told IC, some current
issues are discussed, ritual when the night falls (hopefully with
oomie to sacrifice), maybe some games and stuff like that. Post

Right now all our members are European/Asian so the meeting time
will be much earlier than before so also Ug and Griznak are able
to take part to it. Maybe 4pm GMT? It will be around 12 pm in Asia

4/18/01 The
orcs now have a website and message board. Keep in touch with your
'BRUDURZ' via the boards and in game. So far we are unofficially
6-8 strong. We are of course awaiting the anticipated opening of
the shard to confirm this. -Ug
