Warboz - The Warboz (Warboss) is responsible for much of the co-ordination of the tribe, particularly when it comes to war and overall direction of the tribe. On the passing of the Warboss, a new one will be selected from the ranks of the Nobz. Defined by wearing a red sash. This member uses red font color also.

Nobz - The nobz are responsible for filling the orders of the warboss, training 'gruntees', leading smaller groups in battle and general filling in of the gaps between 'Wut Da Boz Sayz' and what actually needs to be done. Often found ordering gruntees to fetch them food. Nobz are usually elected by senior tribesmen based ability to lead, maturity, ideas and orc roleplay. Usually there are 3. They order everyone except the Warboz around. Defined by their blue sashes. This member uses blue font color also.

Sharmun - Responsible for all the 'beliefs'of an orc tribe. He/she is thought to be 'wif da wargud' and is looked on with awe. Although not the most buff orc, they are still seen as one of the most important members of the tribe (even more than the Warboz, who can be replaced). Few orcs are wise (or insane) enough to become sharmunz and many who try disappear through strange circumstances. Occassionally one may rise to become a Sharmunz apprentice, to replace him on his demise, but more likely its one orc who éerz da Wargudz Blah blah'. They are usually quite mysterious, very few and flamboyant. They tend not to be ordered around by anyone, nor do they order anyone around, merely providing the 'Wargudz' point of view as they see it. Defined by their purple sashes. This member uses purple font color also.

Grunts - Are the mainstay of any orc tribe. They are the muscle who do much of the 'durti wurk' and who usually have the most fun. Often short of life, they nevertheless enjoy a healthy albeit brief existance of 'KLOMPUN'. Sometimes refered to by the warboz as 'kanon fodur' a term which no orc but the Warboz seems to understand the meaning of. These guys are usually also the loudest and orciest of all orcs. They order the gruntees and the snarga's around. Defined by their green sashes. This member uses green font color also.

Gruntees - These guys are the young and brash orcs of the tribe. Usually getting into the most trouble (Eh gruntee, dat bigun grean ting wif fyr kumun outa utz noz iz ezi klomp *grins*). They often need instruction from their superiors into orciness, and must pass 'da teztz' to be a full tribesman (grunt). They are looked on with humour and affection by the rest of the tribe who look after them well, as long as they collect 'da grub'. Initially no sashes, until deemed worthy of Brakha Ghaash by a Nob. This sash will be brown. This member uses brown font color also.

Snarga - Are the slaves captured by the tribe. They are cared for with harsh affection (ie. beatings) and usually slowly starve. When there usefulness is passed they are often put into the cooking pot for grub. Defined by their shackles.
