Charlie Antiporda, Mark Gil Flores and Lionel Gonzaga volunteered to be part of the organizaing team for the 1st National IT Student Congress. The group was formed by DOST-Virtual Center for Technology Innovation in IT (VCTI-IT) and was named Student Volunteer Corps (SVC).
