Alright, so before i read the PETA articles i well... didnt give a flying.."fudge" about fur and animal cruelty.. i knew it exsisted but i read articles and saw pictures that were literally disturbing and WHOA they got to me... anyway i wanted to link that on here... i thought pplz might want to check it...

a life time in a cage...

Animals raised to become someone's fur coat spend their days exposed to elements in row after row of barren, tiny, urine and feces filled cages. Investigations have found animals with gruesome injuries going without medical care and foxes and minks pacing in endless circles and bored from their cages.

Minks, foxes, chinchillas, raccoons, and other animals on fur farms spend their well enthusastic lifves (YEAAA RIGHT) in tiny cages that are filled with up to 4 of the same animal. They develope stress, boredom, and even start cannibalizing each other.

During the summer hundred of animals must suffer the heat with no escape. Before they die int he summer they will most likely suffer from vomiting, dizziness, and heat exhaustion.. *sigh* Baby animals... (unbelievable assholes...) usually die first since they are young and weak. In the winter most animals die from the freezing coniditions... no care for animals on these farms at all!

There is no such thing as a federal law for animals on the farms... they kill the animals byt genital or anal electrocution... basicly they shock the hell out of the poor lil animals while they are CONSCIOUS. They break the necks if needed, suffocate, and even stunned them and skinn them alive... quite the hospitality... (*Grrr*)

What crime did they pay?... no human with a crime dies this painful... NAZI style on animals...

When they do the electrocution what they do is attach an alligator, yup an alligator clamp to the animals ear and their labia. They flip some switch that is in a socket sending jolts of electricity through their body. The current stops the heart but it doesnt kill the animals. They still remain conscious... insanity... It causes the poor animals to have unbearable muscle pain (run a marathon? i think not..) and they sometimes cause them to undergo being paralzed. They cant scream or fight. Usually they do this for one or two minutes.

In one of PETA's investigations undercover... (reading off site) gawd, the owner clamped one chinchilla in and then listened to its heart has he toke off the clamp and specifically said "oh, its heart is still beating, another minute"....Doesnt that tick you off? how ignorant! How can they do that on a regular baisis as a JOB! I didnt want to become a vet so i wouldnt have to see innocent animals dying....inconciderate....
