An Inane Waste of Time
. . . W o n d e r o u s  M T V . . .
Ahh.. MTV... what a beautiful thing. It has been said by many angst-ridden adolescents that we owe a lot to MTV. It is completely irrelevant that a majority of these kids were under the influence of pot at the time... Their opinions are still quite valid.
Yes, there are so many things that we would have never been able to experience, were it not for the magic of MTV. This page demonstrates a select few. Here they are:

Observations
Complaints Page 1) MTV silenced all the nay-sayers and proved that Human Cloning is, in fact, possible, as demonstrated above.

2) MTV taught us valuable things about the english language. Who knew that "8" is really a letter or that a male youth is a "boi"? I, personally was floored by such discoveries as the fact that "u" is really a pronoun, along with "ur"; and that  the "-er" suffix no longer exists.

3) MTV provides valuable musical insights, especially on their popular show TRL. Let me tell you, at first I was skeptical about the new Justin Timberlake album. I thought it was going to be another round of recycled electronic bubblegum crap. It was the wise words of Jessica from SoCal that changed my mind about it. I believe the insight went something like this:

"2 u h8n on Justin, u suk. He is 2 hott 4 u! WOOOOOO!"

Tell me, how can you argue with rock-solid ligic like that?
4) Finally, MTV provides us with quality entertainment, such as girls screaming and flashing the cameras, Micheal Jackson fondling himself, people eating poo and hurting themsleves, and ditsy twentysomethings yelling at each other in a house.
Oh, MTV, what would the world do without you?
