One day things will be better
Nothing will stand between us
We will be alone to be happy
That day will be glorious
I can't wait till it comes
For not being able to hold you
And not being able to comfort you
Brings shame to my life
Without you nothing would be the same
I would not be able to get up
In the mourning and take on the world
Just the thought of you gives me strength
To take on all that stands in our way
To be happy together without any rules
I want to start and end each day
With a kiss from you
That's all I hope for
That's all I live for
For that to one day come true
It might take longer than we hope
But it will be worth it when it comes
I want to stop having to think of you
At the end of each day
I much rather be seeing you
and talking and kissing you
But for now I am left
