The Bahrain Summer Fantasy, the first of its kind in Bahrain is a two month festival of International Events for the whole family. 

Bahrain Summer was opened at a ceremony held at the Bahrain Summer City under the patronage of Crown Prince and BDF Commander-in-Chief Shaikh Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the main attraction being a fire works display. 

The major venues are - The Bahrain Summer City in Seef District, The Bahrain International Exhibition Centre and Bab Al Bahrain.

During this two month Summer Fantasy, you will get to see your favourite Sesame Street characters in live daily performances, Bear in the Big Blue House - A Charming cast of characters that educate and entertain. Also enjoy Cirque des Rêves a fantastic theatrical production of one of the world's favourite fairy tales. 

Another major attraction of the festival is the space park. At race zone you can drive a Formula One Car. Visit the World of Illusion where Franz Harary, will baffle you with his unique marriage of illusions and pop music.

The streets of Bab Al Bahrain will also be part of this unique Summer Festival. Stroll around the traditional streets and enjoy traditional live music and street performances.

On different occasions throughout July and August you can watch the sky explode with the biggest fireworks display ever staged in Bahrain.

Transportation Made Easy

For the convenience of all, bus services will be held from the Exhibition Centre to Mina Salman at regular intervals. All five star hotels will have courtesy bus services to the three festival events to cater the multitudes of tourists expected.
