to Black motor EFI

Ever wondered how you could get a performance boost from your 202? Had troubles ironing flat spots out of
your Varajet? After more economy? Like to increase the level of technology under your bonnet?
These are common issues raised by people all over Australia and New Zealand.
I too had these issues and more!
Determined to do something about it,
I set forth to embark on Project Inject. That is, the conversion of the common Varajet-II carburettor
of the blue 3.3L Holden Commodore to the VK Commodore analog
tuned-port fuel injection.
To perform this fuel injection conversion,
you will require a fair few parts. Fortunately, these parts
are relatively easy and inexpensive to obtain. Note: If you take the head off a donor vk efi with the rest of the efi bits that connect to it, you have 80% of the parts needed straight away! The complete
(if my memory serves me correctly!) itemised list of parts for
a COMPLETE conversion can be seen below. At the end of the
article is a list of substitutions and alternative parts.

1 VK EFI Throttle body
-
1 Throttle position switch
-
1 VK EFI Air Conditioning Idle Solenoid (if
