Advertised figures 30/70, 70/30 (280 degrees duration in/ex) At 0.050" lift, 217deg duration in/ex. 110deg lobe centres. 0.427" lift with 1.5:1 rockers. Installed "Straight Up" (no advance/retard) Head : VK EFI head, ported, with stock size valves. Valves backcut. Valve seats cut with 3-angle job. Shaved 30 thou. --> See Head Flow specs... Bottom End : ACL Duralite II Pistons (60 thou over) with 7.6cc dish. Crank ground under by 10 thou on mains and big ends. Deck shaved 15 thou. Induction: Stock VK EFI --> See conversion article... |
