Booking and payment:
Your full payment must be received 10 weeks prior to the start of the tour.
If the final payment is not paid by this time we treat this as a cancellation and make cancellation charges accordingly.

Late Bookings:
Bookings made after the 10 week prior to start time must be accompanied by full payment and will be subject to availability of hotels.

Alterations to Bookings:
If you make substantial alterations to your booking after the due date for final payment, you will be charged an administration fee to reflect the additional work involved, plus the amount of any irrecoverable costs incurred by us, on your behalf, for any element of your original booking which is no longer required.

Cancellations:
If a tour has to be cancelled due to lack of numbers, this will be done no later than the due date for payment. All payments made will be refunded in full.

Cancellation by you:
If you cancel your booking, for whatever reason, the following charges will apply, according to when you notify me:

• After booking, but before the due date for final payment = A cancellation charge of £50 per person.
  
• After the due date, but more than 28 days before the event = A cancellation charge of £250 per person, plus all irrecoverable costs incurred on your behalf.
  
• Less than 28 days before the start of the tour = A cancellation charge equal to the full value of your booking. No credits or refunds can be made.

Please make sure you have valid and adequate travel insurance.
