Information about the breed and our upcoming events. Newsletter is sent to
members electronically, but can also be sent via 'snail mail' if no email option
is available.
- All financial
members (regardless of place or residence) are eligible to enter our Cocker of
the Year and Puppy of the Year Competition.
- Puppy Sale
referrals. ** This is available to members, after six months continuous
membership. An advertisement is placed once a month in the Courier Mail
advertising the Club and encouraging puppy buyers to contact the Club to
purchase their puppy. Our enquiries officer then refers prospect buyers to
our Club members. The Club also receives enquiries via the Canine Control
Council of Qld, and these too are passed on to financial members who have
advised of puppies for sale or listed their dogs at Stud in the Stud Dog
Listing. Litter announcements are also included on our Club website.
In return, the Club asks our members for a nominal fee of $5 per
puppy sale.
- Website links on the Club website. Linkks are added to our members
websites.
- Stud Dog
listings - $5 each per dog, first three dogs, and then $3 per dog thereafter.
Photo and link to owners details also on the website, and the listing is also
reproduced in the newsletter.
The above are
just some of the benefits of being part of a breed Club. We encourage any
fancier of the breed to join us to help us keep maintain our lovely breed.
