Football Federation (AFF), Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and Federation International
Football Association (FIFA). |
Coaches are important and vital component for a successful football program. The presence of trained
and dedicated coaches is necessary to insure that proper training, organization, tactical and safety is
observed at all times.

The Committee is tasked to provide opportunities, identify, develop and monitor their growth based
program objective of "One trained-licensed coach per team in CMOFA".
AFC YOUTH COACH RE-EDUCATION COURSE, MARCH 2004, KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA. Our Committee
Chairman, Engr. Jose Lapuz, is one of the only two representatives from the Philippines sent to join the
course by PFF. The training was based on the world's famous program "SECRETS IN SOCCER" and
provided great opportunity to Jo in learning new development techniques together with more than a hundred
participants and national coaches all over Asia.
Coach Jo is committed to re-echo his training not only in our area but all over the country and
PFF is planning some re-echo programs for this purpose.
NATIONAL COACHING CERTIFICATE COURSE (NCCC) IS PREPARATORY TO PFF CLASS "C" LICENSING. CMOFA
hosted NCCC in 2002 with 16 successful participants. The course was handled by national PFF instructor
ARISTON CASLIB and assisted by PERCY GUARIN. Another one was conducted this year at Manolo Fortich
attended by Miguel Lumbay and handled by Percy Guarin. Introduction to Coaching Course in preparation for
NCCC was also conducted this year at CMOFA office for Dep Ed Coaches.
Football families of Football Clubs, School Teams, Dep Ed, CHED, PRISAA and other institutions are
encouraged to hold COACHING BASIC AND LICENSING COURSES by contacting CMOFA.
