CDO ASSET-FOOTBALL or the Advance Scientific System Efficiency Training (ASSET)-Football, is a FREE football grassroots development program of TEAM CDO SPORTS COMMISSION presently led by Kagawad Benjo Benaldo and headed by Mayor Vicente Emano.

SCHEDULE: SATURDAY, 3-5 PM (subject to change based on availability of venue and instructors)

FREE REGISTRATION: CMOFA OFFICE c/o Office Manager Pat Acedo.

CDO ASSET-FOOTBALL is implemented by CMOFA on a weekly free football training for children from 6-15 years old. This serves as training ground for Team CDO participants to Batang Pinoy and understudy for Mindanao Games. The ASSET training also serves as CMOFA's continuation of the PFF Kasibulan APC program for 6-12 years old.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

I. Concept
To provide opportunities to children from 6-15 years old to play, learn and excel in the game of football through regular free clinic and training based on a module and scientific approach.

II. Strategy
a) Invite participants preferably from public schools, private schools and out-of- school children / youth. Create Three (3) training groups namely ASSET A, ASSET B and ASSET C with individual trainer assigned. School coaches will be trained if not familiar and can assist the programs;
b) Create age-groupings in each ASSET training group as follows : 12-13, 14-15 years old for ASSET A; 8-9,10-11 years old for ASSET B, Under 6 AND 6-7 years old for ASSET C. Each age group should have at least 20 participants;
c) Proper registration of players and creation of data based to monitor any progress of the child;
d). Identify children who are good only for recreational football and those who have the skills to progress for recommendation in various tournaments such as Batang Pinoy, Palarong Pambansa, Milo Olympics, Coke Go for Goal Under 16 and Red Ribbon Under 14;
e) Written module or program schedule shall be followed and will be reviewed from time to time by the ASSET Committee;
f) Regularly join in CMOFA Tournaments

III. Schedule
a) Official training will be done only once a week on Saturday at Pelaez Sports Center for two (2) divided into lectures, calisthenics, ball control exercises and games.
b) Participants will be given assignment to be complied within the week to be checked up and recorded every Saturday like specific ball control from feet, legs, chest, shoulders and head; pictures or collage of football players, reaction papers on football games they see in TV, drawings of players, ball, jerseys, etc;.
c) For ball control and recreational football games everybody will be encourage to be in the sports every afternoon.

IV. Equipments / Papers / Documentations
a)
Balls size four (4) for ASSET B and C and size five (5) for ASSET A;
b) Markers, and Bibs during games only;
c) Uniforms and whistle and training folder and pens / pencils for trainers;
d) Registration Forms, Progress/Monitoring Forms, Attendance folder;
e) Streamers, films and news reporting.

IV. Budget:
City Government - Monthly P 3,300.00
Expenses:
Trainers (3) P200 per training x 4 - P 2,400.00 CMOFA Mgmt Fee - P 500.00
Water / Ice P 50 x 4 - P 200.00
Misc (equipments) - P 200.00
Total Expenses - P 3,300.00.
