I've been thinking about you a lot lately. Whenever I see babies that would be about your age or I walk past the baby section of stores I think about you and wish so much that you were back with us and I would have the chance to get to know you. I will always regret never holding you or seeing you, I could have found a way to be there. I have come across so many adorable, sweet, cute things that I know would have been perfect for you; little jumpers made from the softest material, booties and socks that are so cute because of there size, teddy bears that you could cuddle up with, winnie the pooh books and toys. I would have spoiled you so much. With Lisa I wanted to show you the world and raise you to appreciate differences in people and to love with all your heart. Because of us you would have known discrimination, but you would have also known that love like ours isn't wrong as you would see everyday how much we care for each other and love you. I wanted a house with a big backyard for you to play in and a neighborhood full of kids your age to grow up with. And I wanted to hear you laugh and see you smile because you would have the happy childhood you deserve.
I don't know why things happen the way they do. I want to believe everything happens for a reason, but I don't think I can. I don't see reason or purpose in your life being so short. However, I do know in your few months you touched so many hearts and you will always be remembered. There is a special place in my heart just for you. Where ever you are I hope you are happy and you are watching over your sister, sending her your love on the wings of butterflies and the kiss of the rain. I love you my babyangel. Sleep tight.
