Our squad program caters for a wide range of swimming levels. Within all squads, specific importance is placed on the development of the correct stroke technique. As the swimmer advances through each squad level they are educated in progressive drills and techniques, whilst improving on their individual level of endurance.

All programs are skills and ability based, and as such, each swimmer trains in a squad of an equivalent age, ability, skill level, dedication, fitness level, competitive desire and love for the sport of swimming.

Swimmers are encouraged to reach their full potential by participating in our swimming club and/or other sporting activities, for the development of a holistic athlete.
