Recorded faithfully by  the Clan Simidh Wiccan

Clan Simidh germinated from grumblings over Clan Fraser, both in Scotland and  Internet-land. A distaste over archaic feudal arrogance and the royal wannabe's denial that septs are true members of the clan. So taking an egalitarian approach, we splintered off into Clan Simidh. It doesn't matter if our ancestors were peasant crofters to chieftains. We're equals today. Banded together in celebration of a common heritage, bits of DNA and region of ancestral origin.  And that means No Chiefs, especially those pathetic wannabe's. Nor do we recognize or acknowledge the Fraser hierarchy, whether they be hereditary or imaginary.  All this  with a light-hearted approach.  Beats whingeing.
