In this page, you will get to explore the mind, events and feelings of a Chun Jui... ok, fine, judging from the past 21 years and 11 months, my life is far from what you call "eventful" (in fact, "dull" might the be more appropriate adjective) but I'll try to keep my entries interesting!

Thanks Jane , for sending me this funny game! If you like Korean BBQ, you'll have fun with this game! ( Caroline , maybe you should play this game more to practice cooking the beef before eating it! heehee.. that way, next time you would be able to avoid getting food poisoning! =P ) The instructions are all written in Japanese, so I had to play it a couple of times to get the gist of it: you have to cook the beef just right without burning it and drop it into the bowl of soy sauce. You lose points (I think) if you burn it or if it's too raw when you drop into the soy sauce. I suppose you have to race against time or something cuz there's a timer but I think there's more to it... hmmm... anyway, here it is: http://leekawing.hypermart.net/beef%5B1%5D.swf
I was losing my patience with the kids at the preschool today-- it must be a full moon or something cuz they were all so high-strung. "High-strung" as in either really hyper, really rude, really whiny, really aggressive or really irritable! arghh... And, I had a migraine all during work today too, so it didn't make me the happiest camper either. But this one kid, a really articulate and smart girl who's also extremely stubborn and spoiled. really got to me. She actually threw a screaming fit because I wrote her name on a picture she coloured!!! sheesh!! She screamed and howled, and I was gritting my teeth, trying very hard not to scream back at her to stop being so ridiculous. Anyway, her grandfather was outside and he came in cuz he heard the commotion and he very apologetically told me that she had been up since 5:30am, so she's being "difficult". aieee!! She wasn't just "difficult", she was ANNOYING!! Anyway, I had to cover up her name on her stupid picture (I had to actually cut out a piece of paper to tape it over her name!) and I thought that that was that. Nooooo..... she screamed and hollered that she wanted to go home, and at that point, my nerves were frayed to the end, so I told her grandfather to take her home. And the funny thing was her grandfather asked me if she had ever screamed like this before-- I thought it was a trick question! Have you been living under a rock?? OF COURSE she's screamed like this before, she screams like this almost every single time she comes to preschool!!!! sheesh.... I'm telling you, if I was ever like that I would have been in sooooo much trouble with my mom and I would have gotten it when we got home. I hope my kids won't turn out like that little bratty girl....
My patience was also wearing thin today too because one of my co-workers, as nice as she is, was totally annoying me. I was helping her out with the craft today, seeing that she had to cut out some other stuff. I thought I'd help her get started and she would do the rest, as for once today, she (finally) offered to teach the craft to the kids. But, of course, I ended up doing everything for her and when it was time to do the craft with the kids, she looks at me and says, "You didn't bring out the paint!" (The craft was decorating butterfly cutouts with paint)I'm sorry but I didn't know I was supposed to do the rest of her job for her!! I didn't have time to finish her work for her because I was busy dealing with that bratty kid!! *sigh* I have to work with her again tomorrow... Ok, I'm done my bitching. =)

Anyhoo, the tutorial school that I will be working at starting in June called me tonight to inform me that I will be teaching grade 1 to 8 MATH!! aieee...!! Anybody who knows me well, will know that Math and I don't mix--- OAC Calculus was very good proof of that... =T But they also offered me the option of teaching GENERAL KNOWLEDGE-- I have enough general knowledge, I think. =P I will have to teach a little of Geography, History, Math, English, and Science but that's better teaching just Math! So Cindy , you and I will be teaching the same stuff this summer! By the way, how many times have you gone shopping since you and I shopped till we dropped a couple of weeks ago?? =)
Last thought: Do you think that sarcasm is a negative quality in a person? Lizzie and I were talking about how we've changed since high school but the only thing that hasn't changed about us, is our sarcasm (we're even worse when we're together!!). People who don't know us well will probably take our sarcasm in the wrong way but people who know us well, will realize that our sarcasm is harmless and it's just our sense of humour. In some ways, it's also a defense mechanism... But Lizzie, we're NEVER sarcastic, are we?? =P

Oh,well, the Leafs lost, close but no cigar... it was so close too... Anyway, enough of my pretending to know hockey. =) What do I have to say today?? Hmm.. well, ok, since I was watching this Chinese TV show and they were talking about guys and their commitment to their relationships, I would like to ask all you guys out there this frequently asked question: are guys really afraid of commitment? And what does "commitment" mean to you guys (and girls)? Does it mean that you should call and/or see your girlfriend/boyfriend everyday? Does it mean that you should tell him/her EVERYTHING about yourself, right down to each nitty gritty detail of your day? Let me know what you think!
Thanks to those who have visited my website and signed my guestbook! I will be adding more photos very soon, so check back to see if I've posted your beautiful faces! linus , my dad has taught me how to use that photo program thingy, so I can rotate my own pics now! hahaha...
Last thought: Have you ever experienced this sort of pressure to be the same person that people used to see you as, that you feel weird to do or say things that don't conform to the "type" of person that you are in other people's eyes? It almost feels like it's strange to change, even if it's for the better. For example, I feel like I've changed in this past year-- I feel like I've become more laidback, more open-minded, more mature and a little more self-confident. This has to do with certain experiences that I've had in the past year or so, so I'm grateful for those experiences. But to those I haven't seen in a long time, they find it a little odd or strange that I've changed because I don't seem like the same Elsie they used to know or think of me as. (Am I making any sense??) Anyway, to my old friends, don't worry, I'm still the same person but I would like to think that I'm a better one now. =P

My very first entry in my very first webpage! =) Someone congratulate me! As some of you know, I can be very computer-challenged, so being able to do all of this on my own (and with the help of my trusty copy of Creating Web Pages for Dummies heehee) is a huge accomplishment. Anyway, I just want to give a few shoutouts to: Vivian S. , a high school friend I haven't seen since-- well, high school, I guess! It was great to chat with you again over ICQ! Hope everything is going well for you... =D And as for my cousin Alton , I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you in your search for employment! Just hang in there... And linus , next time we go for Korean BBQ (or any type of BBQ, for that matter), make sure your food is COOKED before you eat it! =)
Happy Birthday, Lizzie!!! =D How could you have thought that I wouldn't call?? I would never forget your birthday! Anyway, I hope that Chris gets better soon, so you two could go out and celebrate! By the way, Lizzie, have you decided on what colour my bridesmaid dress will be yet??? (P.S. I don't do seafoam ! =P) And, you better come back to TO soon to visit me or else ... I haven't seen you since Christmas, missy!
