We would like to take a moment to tell you about our company and how it originated.
Let us start off by telling you, yes, we are a brand new company. Chrome Solutions is owned by two people, myself (Jason) and my partner Todd. Todd and I both were taken by the first company we used in the tune of $15,000 each in equipment and chemistry. The equipment was junk and the chemicals didn't work. Once our money was taken, tech support went out the window and we couldn't get anyone to return a phone call.
In my search for answers, I found a second company that said they could fix all my problems and that they had many customers that have switched from this un-named company. With nothing to lose I gave them a shot and their product worked well. Their tech support was actually decent and they knew how to return phone calls. Let's call them company 'X'.
After using them for about a month, they asked if I would contact a potential customer to give them a good reference. I agreed and that is how I met my partner Todd. Soon after, I had made many referrals and met many spray chrome users, all of which bought product on my word.
Somthing went horribly wrong with some chemistry, because all of our next batches didn't seem to work as well anymore. Some were replaced, other customers were brushed off leaving them out of business.
When company 'X' found out we were all talking to each other, they actually yelled at one customer and told them they had no business talking to other users. My impression was there was something they didn't want us to know. Someone made a mistake and they tried to pass it off as our problem.
Well, Todd and I went on a mission. We took out a loan, hired a chemical engineer and had our own line of products made. After months of spraying and testing over and over again, we finally got a great product that seems to be more user friendly that anyone else's. We kept in contact with every spray chrome shop along the way; we sent out samples to see what they thought. Most liked the base coat, all loved our silver. Our products are as good or better than some of our top competitors. A key element in this business is finding the chemicals that suit you. They are all different though they are used in the same manner.
We have a network of spray chrome shops that are more than happy to help you in any way possible to make your shop a successful one. Most use our products and some don't, but they all stick together and will tell you how we treat our customers. With this type of network, there is literally around the clock tech support. There is always someone available if you can't get myself or Todd on the phone. Most business days are from 8am - 5pm. Ask any company out there if you can have their home phone numbers. When they get done laughing, give us a call and you can have mine. If it's late and I am sleeping, I won't answer, but you will also have several other numbers in many different time zones. Someone will be up, working, and willing to answer any questions you may have.
