Our IPS (Industrial Plating Station) offers a convenient closed cabinet design with easy access to the (4) 3 gallon stainless stell chemical pressure pots. Pressure pots are equipped with quick disconnects for easy removal and installation for adding chemical or tank cleaning. (4) Pressure gauges for accurate equalization of tanks and guns. (1) Sensitizer spray gun, (1) D.I. rinse spray gun, your choice of Walther Pilor or Paasche plating gun (*price may differ from shown), (1) air blower, 25 foot coiled air lines and heavy duty casters for easy roll and storage. |

Our affordable plating system is in prototype form, but can be built to order. It is a self contained wall mounted unit that oly needs air to blow off your parts. Yes! That's right! A small 3 - 5 gallon compressor is all you will need. No pressurized containers and no conventional spray guns.
The spray guns used are built in house with a specialized nozzle that needs no air for the spray pattern.
The chemical tanks hold a half gallon of solutions, so this machine is awesome for the do it yourselfer, or light production shop.
Larger parts like rims and grilles aren't a problem for this little power house, but you may have to refill your tanks bewteen each one. |
