April 22, 2003 Progress this week has been slow but steady. A continual effort towards progressively developing the business and logistical side of the ministry is critical at this point. Setting a firm foundation in the ministry is very important. Currently the first two drafts of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are not quite what I'm after. I'm thinking of doing a business study which outlines the ministry's vision, then utilizing that as a guideline to try and put into legal terminology for the articles and bylaws.
