This current web site is a simple conceptual work outline the nature and future of this ministry. The technologies available through the use of free web hosting is insufficient for meeting the greater needs of the Internet technology this ministry will come to rely on in the future.

Currently existing on the development server here is the dynamic menu system I am looking at implementing on the future site. As the site develops, I will progressively work on advancing the technologies in both the navigation structure and content delivery. Future implementations of dynamic menuing, database-driven content management, and streaming multimedia technologies will be utilized to expand the portal capacities of this interface.

I am committed to developing the site utilizing Linux, Apache Web Servers, Linux-based streaming content servers, and Oracle™ 9i database technology as a networking solution strategy. Operational savings and open-source compliance will significantly enhance business procedures by providing the most universally accessible Internet technology standards in the world.

A continual focus for us will be to develop and maintain the highest level of accessibility standards possible to provide for the needs of disabled and handicapped users. We anticipate active feedback from our user community which will help directly drive change and implementation on the site.

Future services including message forums, live chat, e-mail, biblical reference material, streaming audio and video, and the "Mission Control" active interface to the mobile ministry will be implemented as funding becomes available.

Through the site we are designing a new method of experiencing and actively participating in practical real-life biblical lessons and applying them in a real-world setting. Core to this achievement will be the "Mission Control" web application which will allow scheduled activities to be conducted between participants from the Internet and the crew working in the field on the mobile element of the ministry.

The web site itself will contain specific areas more geared for youth activities, while other sections of the site will be more geared for adults. No matter where in the site you visit, the content should all be within a "G" rating, appropriate for viewing by all ages. Other services to the web portal may be developed as the need arises. The continued flexibility in web services design and management will ensure a creative, dynamic experience capable of responding to contemporary needs.
