EVENTS - 2003[ This week · 2004 · 2003 · 2002 · 2001 ]We invite all students and teachers of our school to submit
their articles to the EVENTS page of our site. Topics may cover events in
the class, school, village, district and region.
Competitions in school subjects The competitions in school subjects were held in November. Now we can sum up the results. To the next round, which will take place in Talalaiivka in December, the following students will go:
A COMPETITION FOR SCHOOL DIRECTORS On the 5-th of November our school director V. A. Kyrychok filled in a form for the program “Partners in Education Exchange Program School Director Element” founded by the Bureau of educational Affairs U.S.
A LOT OF US GOT INTO THE FILM FRAMES Our school director and the teacher’s stuff won the district competition among the schools on the topic: “Talalaivka education on the way to profile studying”. It has been shot a film about our school. A lot of students and teachers got into the film frames.
THE NEW HEAD On the 18th of November Yurii Dziuban was appointed the head of Talalaiivka District Administration.
FROM “VIDRODZHENNYA” TO “ZLAGODA” A lot of former collective farmers are leaving now the present private agricultural enterprise for another one, where the leader is better to their mind.
THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED The school director and The Ukrainian Fund of Social Investments signed the agreement about collaboration. According to the agreement the fund has to do capital repairs at school and the school must give the fund almost 20 000 hryvnias.
A NEW ROUTE Since the end of November the school bus has been taken the pupils from Popovychka to Blotnytsia.

Seminars in Physics and Military Training On October 20, seminars for teachers of Talalaivka District were held in our school. A teacher of Physics Bolotina O.L. and a teacher of Military Training Chepel V.G. showed public lessons. Kyrychok Vladyslav, the 6th grade.
New Computers A Computer class was brought to our school in the end of October. It consists of furniture, six computers (1 “Pentium” for a teacher, and 5 “Celeron” for students), a printer, a modem and a scanner.
The Week of Healthy Way of Life The week of Healthy Way of Life took place in our school on October 13-17. Students learned about the bad influence of drugs, smoking and high drinks. Sport competitions took place between the students of 1-4 grades. Senior students were suggested to fill in a questionnaire.
Teacher’s Day Teacher’s Day took place in our school on October 2. On this day students congratulated their teachers and we had a concert. Kyrychok Andrii, the 9th grade.
A NEW TEACHER This year a new teacher of Arts Rudko Natalia Petrivna works in our school. She also leads the Arts circle.
NEW PUPILS This year School of Riabukhy has been closed. Most students of 5-10 grades from Riabukhy study at our school. Kyrychok Andrii, 9th grade
The School Building Will Be Heated The steam –boiler was put out of action. But we have found a new one and set it in the boiler-room.
Teachers’ Tourism On September 18-20 some teachers of our school took part in district competitions in Tourism. They took the second place and were invited to participate in regional competitions in Sedniv near Chernihiv. The team of Talalaivka District took the third place there.
COMPETITIONS in RUNNING On September 26 there were competitions in running. The best results were shown by the boys of 5-7 grades – Koval Yevhen, 8-9 grades – Shakin Yuriy, 10-11 grades – Slipko Vyacheslav. Among the girls the best results were shown by Lysenko Yulia (5-7 grades) and Okhrimenko Nataliya (8-11 grades). Kyrychok Vladyslav, 6th grade
NEW 2003/2004 SCHOOL YEAR With the new school year started, we resume our regular work on this web site. We are happy to inform all the visitors that our own Electronic Library we were busy creating during the year, is now fully functional. Please click here to take a look at some of its pages made by our students. They include an electronic version of the book of poems by our former resident Grygoriy Vyshnevyi who now lives in Australia. If you would like to submit your own literary works to our electronic library, please send them through our e-mail address.
Information About the Events Page Since November 2002 the Events page team has been actively participating in creating the school's own Electronic Library and preparing the book about our school for publication. This time consuming work is planned to be completed in February-March 2003. Upon its completion, the regular updates of the Events page will be resumed. Please wait for more news coming soon...
