Chiang Mai Vegetarian Project

For the widest meaning, all we are vegetarian.
Whenever we eat only vegetable, we are vegetarian.

For the deepest meaning, vegetarianism is not just eating a kind of food,
but the way of living with love.

Chiang Mai Vegetarian Project began from April 2006.
To promote vegetarianism,
and more than that, to promote the way of living with love.

The project's logo is the heart that means love,
philosophy of vegetarianism.
As the same time, the heart shape is like a leaf.
The right line is C, the middle line is M, is short for Chiang Mai.
Green is the symbol of plant and growth.
Two shades of green means varieties of vegetarianism that live in harmony.
Smile is happiness.

Many thanks to every restaurant for helping this world to be better,
and for useful information.
Thanks Steve (Stephen Anthony Edward Potter), my English friend,
who created the web site www.chiangmaivegetaian.com.
Khun Air, Pratoomporn Gazdik (Kumma), my neighbor, for Northern Thai dialect sounds.
And Chan (Chantra Wimolsuthikul) for always supporting.

Phongsathon Kitchawet (Ath)
