Most of my kids know very little about cooking,
so I have taught a few. I began trying to make the recipes easier, or atlas use more
pre-prepared food, as in frozen vegetables, frozen chicken breasts, things like that.
I also began to notice that there are several
little household things that make cleaning easier, help organize the house, etc.
I know that statistically speaking, one in
three women think they are over weight. To address this issue, I'm publishing my diet
experience online. Any dieting hints, recipes or encouragement is very welcome.
