Branham has been a food service manager for over 10 years and has work for fine resorts hotel as food and beverages manager, head mater'de, Mr. Branham, brother to Chef Greg, is a Graduate of Mesa Collage with a BA in Business also hold masters in Human Behavior and chemical dependency from Nation University: Currently: Program manager for Alcoholism and Drug Service Center of San Diego and is co-owner of all companies under Chef Consulting Services.
