(Each week Katie will run through the hits and misses that go through Port Charles with her highlights and views of the show)
Miss--  It's Not A Wonderful Life Karen Wexler  I suppose would have been a better title for this SCI fi story they are giving us right now. For Those Of You Who Don't know in It's A Wonderful LIfe a man wishes he'd never been born, and an angel shows him what life would have been like had he not. Almost everything was different and as I recall none of it was for the better. Everyone's life had been affected in some way by him making him want to live. Now here we have Karen who has been on both GH and PC. On both shows she's played a highly important and vital part. She has interacted with almost everyone and affected many people and many stories. If we started at the top and listed everything that would be different it would be an entirely different place. Now I realize that due to time limits and availability of actors there is no way the writers could have changed everything that would have changed if Karen hadn't been born but come on folks something besides Rhonda's drinking habits would have changed!  If Karen could see this she'd be like wow I guess I really didn't make a difference. But the fact is she did she saved lives, altered the course of lives, and was a major part of many thing. This lack of changes is an insult to the character, her history, and her fans. Yes, as I said I understand not changing everything but they darn well could have changed something!

HIT--Well this week my Rave is on a similar topic to my Rant. Jay is doing a wonderful job as usual conveying Frank's panic, fear, and concern over loosing Karen. When Frank was talking to Kevin about Karen I could feel his pain. I had tears in my eyes and wanted to hug him. He has done an incredible job and I am sure he will continue to. I'm looking forward to an amazing reunion with Frank and Karen I'm sure Jay will just shine as always.
 Till next week enjoy PC
 Katie :-)
