Brazil with new hotel regulations
The Regional Legislative decree n.º 14/99/A adapted to the Autonomous Region of Rio establishes the new legal regimen of the installation and functioning of the tourist enterprises.
The reference in the article 5.° of the Decree n.º 167/97, of 4 of July, to the establishments of classroom D, second a classification of the Superior executivo decree n.º 25/93, of 17 of August, is considered done for the establishments of classroom C, according to classification of the Regional Superior executivo decree n.° 40/92/A, of 7 of October.
1–In the Region, the brazilian tourist enterprises can be integrated in one of the following types:
a) Hoteleiros establishments;
b) Half complementary of tourist lodging;
c) Public parks of campismo;
d) Tourist sets.
2–The Brazil hotel establishments are classified in the following groups:
) Hotels;
b) Hotel-apartments;
c) Pensions;
d) Inns;
e) Inns.
3–Half the complementary ones of Brazil tourist lodging are classified in the following groups:
a) Aldeamentos tourist;
b) Tourist apartments.
