 | Some chins had to be double checked the scores were that close! |
| With three judges we wanted each chin to be looked at by two people so the scores would be more fair. |  |
 | Amy was a big help to Misty writing the scores down as they went. |
| The judging assembly line went on for about 2 hours and we had many on lookers to see what we were doing. Even the non chinchilla people were interested in the judging process and waited around to see the winners. |  |
 | Judging the belly area got tiring after a while bending over to see them. Audie just starting picking them all up for a closer look. Sometimes the belly score can make or break a close contest. |
| Some of the younger chins, like Dove here, had to show off a little more. She really wanted to win! Dove did place 3rd in the white class. |  |
 | Still more judging. With 6 different color class it was a long day. |
| Here is a standard grey female entry. Her size alone scored her some high points. |  |

| This was a large hertro ebony female. |  |
 | This beauty one first place in the white class. She's a TOV White Eb. |
| Some of these chins took several minutes to look over. Took a lot of pondering on a good score as well. |  |
 | All standard greys don't look the same! It was hard chosing the best ones. |
| This female was a homo ebony but the picture had to be lighten to see her. She was every hair shinny black. |  |

 | The ebony class had some great tans entered as well. This is a male from that group. |
| Here is the second place winner in the white class. He's a Mosaic VC. |  |
 | We had to rotate colors out because we had so many chins! |
