*Our mission is to aid in the education of pet breeders and pet owners alike, and offer that same opportunity to both. We will keep it family oriented for all involved.

*We are willing to share experiences, and what we have learned through those experiences with other pet owners, and freely accept all members without discrimination, reguardless of race, religion, sex, or age.

*We will respect all members of C.A.P.A, and will not belittle, slander, or ridicule any members of this association. If there is any complaints or inquiries it will be dealt with the persons involved, or the Board of Directors only.

*We will not pass rumors or untruths about any other chinchilla organizations or groups. Nor will we bring a negative atmosphere within this association.

*We believe every member of this organization is equal, and will be treated as such, with no favoritism on the part of the members or the Board of Directors.
