The Astronomical Almanac, Events & Data For Brunei Darussalam Year 2002 AD was compiled and arranged by Hazarry Haji Ali Ahmad. This document contains all the useful information and astronomical data for the year 2002 for serious astronomers and hobbyists in Brunei Darussalam. As an Islamic country, this document (in .doc format) includes the Determination of Kiblat, the Islamic calendar as well as the predicted local moon sightings (Moon Sighting of Ramadhan 1423H & Moon Sighting of Syawal 1423H) based on the MoonCalc.

The 400-pages document is the most complete daily astronomical almanac for Brunei which includes the special sky events generated from the online application, Calcsky. 

Day by day of special astronomical events such as close separations of the moon and the planets &  stars, conjunctions, eclipses and important Galilean Moons events (Jupiter's four brightest moons) and 1000 of other astronomical events are listed and arranged according to time of viewing.

The document is also an important astronomical databases (almanac) such as tabulated time of Rise and Set of the Sun, Twilight, Equinox & Solstice, Sun Angle at Transit, Sun at Zenith, Moon Rise and Set, Moon Apsides, Moon Nodes, Lunar Occultation of Planets and Moon close to Planets. There are also graphs of Planet Magnitude & Moon illuminated fraction throughout the year. This document contains useful data of the nine planets from Brunei such as the time table of the planets rise and set throughout the year, Planet Apsides & Planet Conjunction/Opposition.
